Payment should be done via bank transfer in any currency and the invoice will sent to your e-mail address shortly upon we receive the notification from our bank that your payment have been settled. You may keep the copy of invoice that we are sent for your record of order.

You can also inform us about the payment that you have made by sending an email, fax or verbal notification on phone. This is needed to smoothen the registration process and to avoid unexpected things happen. On the exceptional condition, cash payment on the spot also welcome upon an agreement by provider.

Apologize, that our current on-line payment system is being re-developed. It will be usable very soon after the system recovers and back to normal.

Payments Details:
We believe that simply is best that why we always want to make our payment procedures, as easy as we can do to our customers. You can make payments in US$, EURO, Rp, etc. For the reservation or advance booking, you can wire deposit in our company bank account as follow:

Deposit 30% of the tour price can be made when you make reservation. The remaining of 70% of the tour price should be settled on a maximum 30 day period prior to the tour commencement day.

Client(s) is allowed to cancel their tour reservation. You will get full refund after being reduced 10% bank surcharge for re-transfer back into your account, if the cancellation made before 30 days.

But, if the cancellation you make after 30 days, you will get 40% refund. And, if you make the cancellation less than 7 days (no-show without notice), no refund will be imposed.

Provider have the rights to alter or cancel the tour if the minimum participant have not been reached until due date. On this stage, all client(s) will get full refund. No charge is imposed both from the bank and provider.

This includes a serious event happens leads to tour cancellation, e.g. because of serious safety concern for the clients (examples include political unrest, war, recent terror attacks, strike, riot, outbreak of diseases in the destination, natural disaster, etc.). The same applies in the case of serious accident, illness or death of a tour guide or another key person involved in the tour and if equivalent replacement is not possible to be appointed.

No fund refund applicable to client if they choose to postpone their inclusion in the tour program designed.

Since most of our tour program is potentially physically risk injury occur, so we strongly advise to clients for complete the mandatory personal protective equipment before you decide to join the tour. The personal protection equipment will be:

The supporting equipment that may be need to use during the expedition would be provided by provider i.e. ;

Provider will not take any responsibilities for any personal equipment damaged or loss triggered by personal using.

Be sure you have sufficient insured by comprehensive travel insurance before you make enrollment to join in the tour. Any products of insurance are excluded and not part of agreement between provider and client.

For a safe and comfort journey, we advise to client carried out comprehensive medical check up. The clients who have serious and dangerous diseases will not be allowed joining in this program. Dangerous diseases would be ;

All participants should comply all regulations stipulated by the tour provider and all prevailing laws under Republic Indonesia territory. This shall be binding to all participants.
